Appointment letters and employment contracts: Legally compliant employment documents covering role, salary, working hours, leave, probation, notice period, and applicable company policies.


Wage and bonus compliance: Guidance and documentation support for compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, the Code on Wages, 2019, and the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.


ESI / PF / Professional Tax registration and filings: End-to-end assistance with registration under the Employees' State Insurance Act, Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, and state-level Professional Tax legislation, along with ongoing filing support.


Shops and Establishments Act compliance: Registration and compliance under the applicable state Shops and Establishments Act (e.g. Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act), covering working hours, holidays, and employment records.
