About the Role
As a Junior Project Manager (0–1 Years Experience) at RA Services, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects across marketing and consulting engagements. This role is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who are keen to build a strong foundation in project management within a fast-growing services organisation.
You will work closely with consultants, marketing executives, and implementation teams to ensure projects move smoothly from initiation to delivery. You will be trained on RA Services’ project workflows, tools, and client handling processes. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the coordination of website development, SEO, and digital marketing projects across internal teams and freelancers.
Supporting the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and task allocations based on client requirements.
Acting as a coordination point between consultants, marketing executives, designers, developers, and external partners.
Tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines using project management and reporting tools.
Ensuring tasks follow defined processes, basic quality checks, and timely internal and client communication.
Assisting consultants with project reporting, documentation, and performance tracking against defined KPIs.
This role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a willingness to learn while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, agency-style environment.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
Skills
Basic understanding of project management concepts and workflows.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and basic client interaction.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and industry best practices.
